Weather and scheduling
Appointments are weather-dependent. We may contact you to adjust timing or reschedule when conditions prevent safe, quality work.
Payment and vehicle access
Payment is due after service by card, cash, Zelle, or Venmo. Please provide safe access and enough clearance around the vehicle.
Changes and cancellations
Use the reschedule or cancel links in your appointment email. We ask for 24 hours’ notice when possible.
